So, I am sitting here, looking to my left (cause for some reason that is what Idz wants us to do???)
and notice that my tree has dropped all its leaves at once.
I remember not too long enough asking whilst sitting out there, "when the hell is this tree gonna get some leaves and block the sun from my delicate constitution"
and alas, time is flying as you get older.
I say you, cause I refuse to acknowledge my aches and pains as getting older, that is not the reason.

I am off to work, have already done this morning than I want to do all day.
Have done load of laundry, and called school to leave message with prinicpal,
(cause god knows you can never get him on the phone, and he's young enough to be my, umm, nephew, yes nephew, not son) anyhoo, called to say that I had already mentioned this to her teacher last week, but apparently wires were crossed.
Seems DD#3 is getting home at 2:55, no big deal really except when you consider that she isn't supposed to be let out of school till 3, so Mr. bus driver is in a hurry to get somewhere, Buuut, if you don't let her out of school early how is it possible for her to arrive before she should be out?????
The problem is her big sister gets out of high school at 2:30 and can't make it home till 3 at earliest, so is a big deal when the kid is standing on the porch alone for 5 minutes, waiting to be get in.

Hmm, maybe it's a good thing I had to leave a message,
I had to contain myself, only have a few seconds before the beep.

Oh, and, I don't take the shortcut to the BENCH, cause I could use the exercise, I take the long way home.

Called the DIL at work a few minutes ago. Had to call twice, I think it was her that answered the first time and when I asked for Kat she hung up. Just to make sure it wasn't because they didn't here me I called back and the woman said Kat was busy so I just told her to please give my number to her that I just wanted to have her call me so I could talk to the boys. I was crying by the time I told her that so hopefully she'll relay that to the 'DIL

cc~I just watched that Ten Decades interview the other night. That is so funny, cracks me up every time. Johnny was barely able to speak after that remark. Couldn't even look at her when he did speak. Love those pics. True friendship right there.
