Just a quick pop in for a virtual snootful before the pub closes...
Like most who could I have spent a lot of time outside today!
Even did a tiny little bit of picking up the yard...dragged the broken sunbrella frame out to the curb, started picking up fallen branches. Pretty good for 2nd day after chemo. Of course it only lasted a few hours but still. I continued my fresh air binge by eating lunch and reading Eat Pray Love in the lovely sun (slathered of course in sunscreen because chemo meds don't like sun!). I do so understand why people worship the sun... but then we have our own ray of sunshine as well to be inspired by...
Choc for all the new pix, I love how happy he looks in his work, at least during breaks. He looks downright dangerous in a couple of those live shots--there will be some exciting scenes in this one I think!
KK, hope you are coughing less with each hour that passes. That bug is nasty, I got it right after my first chemo and it lasted four weeks so take it easy.
TruD, glad you got the nice pix done of your son. My brother's best-ever was his HS graduation pic, we still have it framed at my folks' house...my he was a handsome devil--his eyes are dark as Johnny's and his eyelashes are longer! 'course now he doesn't have Johnny's hair, or figure, but he's still a great brother.
Congrats to the NYC meet&greet crew--sounds like you had a wonderful time. I love NYC...so much to do, so little time/money but it's all good when you get it! I'm sure you all looked a bit like this at some moments...well maybe no one looks old as dirt like Keef does but y'know what I mean, the good timey look of good friends...
Eat Pray Love has me thinking of JJDI and her island quest...how is she I wonder and when does she land in 'Trawna?
