Going to be marinating chicken
here, too, Choc...doing a teriyaki/pineapple
on half of it and the other pile of fowl
will soak in Good Seasons

The weather in PA has turned gray and wet.

hales from...where she went to help her family

cc singing is going good...band practice was fun once we got the mike stand short enough for me...we rocked for a bunch of old ladies...now on to crocodile rock...I just wanna sing lalalalala in falsetto.

Chicken is marinating.
I seasoned the chicken first with s&p and assorted
herbs, then made a marinade of
ketchup, white wine, molassas, "Whatsthishere?" Sauce,
oil and red pepper flakes.
Dh made what I call his Virgo hamburger patties,
because thay always come out perfectly shaped.
Get this..... He mixed the ground beef first with
the onion and seasonings, then...he spread
the meat mixture evenly on a cookie sheet.
Then he took a knife and divided the meat into
16 even squares. From there he scooped up each
individual square and shaped into a pattie.
Kind of clever, I thought...but also kind of
over the top (REG) Nevertheless, each pattie is
perfect and separated by sheets of parchment paper.
Just like Bordens cheese slices...LOL
We're also having Kielbasa (Hey Wilma! lol)
and I made a sauerkraut and apple casserole
to go with it. Could be used for the hot dogs too.

I've learned a trick to not loosing your post!! Before you hit post reply highlight the whole damb thing and do a copy first. That way if it goes poof! You just have to hit paste and it's all there again!!! Helpful now that your posts went poof huh? I just figured it out meself so I told ya as soon as I thought of it! It works! YAY!

Hey Smitty....I always do that but I lost it in the various attempts to get back in ..oh well that's life..
Oh I love the new pics...imagine seeing the new Tat for real...up close and personal....I am reading the book its from...interesting book..I read half of it already and i've only had it a few days.
Oh well must keep moving...enjoy Father's Day its in September down here...and we don't do much for it...I guess growing up without a father means it is just another day...other than DH I have no one to celebrate with.
OK I am going to do some bills stuff whilst watching the halloween episode of the 4th season of Jump Street....Johnny is too cool and funny in it
