Gee, the last weekend of June ~

It’s been quite a ride since March, following the day-to-day
filming events …we’ve been privy to new sights and sounds.

I even found a clip on YouTube…Johnny and Marion ~
their characters kissing. Very dark, it was.
But I saw he held her arm…the way he does--that hand, ya know?

Well, my hand’s on my heart ~ for how they all just do it
day after day, til it’s a wrap.

Moving on, with no segue at all --
Maybe today, we could devote a part of each post
to our favourite Piratey Guy, not that we don’t keep him nigh…
I mean who has a more animated face than Jack Sparrow?

But, we’ve been so (understandably) overcome by that 30s Gangster Guy
(you know, the one with the TwoGunz?) that we’ve apparently placed
our Jack in a dark corner . . . Ecumenically speaking, of course.

I believe our Idzy has also meandered her way home so, perhaps,
The Belles will open later on for some bawdiness, as is our bent . . .
We’ll keep a weather eye on it for that flashing neon.

Maybe we’ll just sit around and sing Irish drinkin’ songs
or maybe we’ll just sit around.

Perchance Babsy may peek in? We await her Coffee on Monday

My friends....happy Friday to you all! I realize I have been gone awhile but disconnected I have been. Now (and this is for Jenny 'specially) I am finally on cable and have rid meself of the dreaded dial-up!!!! I know, I know....it took me forver but I have done it now so I shall be spending more time with you ladies now that I can actually see the pics!

Update-81lbs have left my body....I am a new girl. 19 more to my goal but I think I will go for 20 more when I get there.

Have been spending alot of time with our favorite pirate. You see he speaks to me daily. DH bought me the big ass POTC pinball game-like the one they have in Disneyland. I am so in love with that man....my hubby too!!! So I hear Jacks voice whenever I enter the room....a girl could get used to that.

Can't open my photobucket.....phucket. Ahhh but I KNOW you all will post what I need!

I feel a little misty myself this morning....
The last day of filming in Chicago land and tis
bittersweet. He still has a Monday film shoot
in LA. Johnny, you deserve a long vacation
to do "...absolutely nothing."
It has been a fantastic stretch for admirers
and we will never take your generocity for granted.
You went way above and beyond what any other
entertainer would do for those who love them.
There is no telling how many people you made happy...
thousands, I would imagine, and more if you count
us who watched it all from afar. Every day your
kindness unfolded for starngers who, after a smile,
a handshake or a hug, became a kindred spirit with you.
For your magick touches all with whom you come into contact.
Tis a good magick....a special kind that blesses and
heals in a most unusual way. Unusual, in that, one
is left feeling truly blessed and wrapped in a blanket
of love. Your love flows through without effort or ego
but from your deep and beautiful soul. It is a measure of a true
spirited being when that love is received and felt so easily,
without long sermons or lectures. In fact, few words
do you speak. Because you communicate from your heart.
It is an example shown to us by all the great masters,
and one inherited in you.
We'll miss the every day meet and greets, the homemade
clips and photographs of your work and the overall
feeling of closeness with you. You have extended
yourself in a way that are beyond words, and can only
be expressed by the love we give back to you.
So Johnny, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Bless you. Stay well, be happy and see you very soon.

Some of my verbs might not be suitable for
the professors' ears or eyes....
BUT I do think you should write a whole
assignment using JDA language
trying to explain the verb "dew" should prove deppinately
interesting

Off again to find a cool mall to sit in
my knee caps are sweating sitting up here
and JDDI's socks are getting wringing wet

I'm so frustrated right now. I almost want to break every string on my guitar! I still can't play a G Major chord and I've been practicing the same stupid chord for like 2 months now. I think I'll go the you tube route and if that doesn't work. I'm putting learning to play guitar on my *just another thing I suck at and quit list* I've gotta cool off. Sorry for the intrusion Hunnies. QP
