Morning dahlings~ Nothing like 6 pages on a Monday~! Well done, me dears. Of course, how to top 6 pages...?

Lots of good vibes flowing through the hut...and it's a feel good kind of day~ We have something special here on the back
pages of the Google search and there is more to it than having our fave man at its centre. Now don't get me wrong. THAT
lil tidbit IS important but there is more.

A while back, one of our now-regular posters was new and a bit timid about the whole posting thing. You know how that
is...we've all been there at one time or another. Well, you know how sometimes the right thing just needs to be said?
The words just seemed to flow right off the end of my fingertips...'you need to be with your own kind'.

Anyone who finds us and visits, revisits, lurks, reads, posts etc, in my opinion is looking for something beyond what can
be found on the first pages of a Johnny Depp search. I believe that is what makes our lil bit of Depp heaven unique. We
are with our own kind...on page 4. And it's good.

Carry on ladies and do what you do best...enjoying each other. Enjoying Johnny and celebrating how he fits into our
day to day lives. Post pics that make you FEEL good.

Tuesday and it's Canada Day here in the north...yep. We're 141 years old~ Time just flies.
Truly. It is a great place to live.

Happy Day to all our wild Canuk Hunnies!!! So enlighten me, how did Canada gain independence? Were shots fired or was it all negotiated? My very ethnocentric grammar school history is escaping me, even if it ever told me anything more than Canada is where there are: maple leafs, maple syrup, Prime Ministers with funny hair (prolly from the maple syrup sticking it together like that), people who think Hockey is a religion and people who say eh. A lot. Anyway congratulations on having the country many of us south of the border wish to flee to on a regular basis, and not just because of the maple syrup.

Happy July 1 for me...Independence Day is a few early at my house because today is the last day of radiation, not a moment too soon sez I, and Thanx

for all your support through these many months of treatments. I took the road less traveled by and it has made all the difference! I will still be likely not a daily poster, no privacy at work and still needing long naps some days, cuts into my at-home online time. But I see him in my dreams nightly...

...and love the time I dew get to spend here with all of you, too!!

Hoping Johnny and family are joyfully relaxed and that Vanessa's feeling confident as she gears up for tour, and they have time to exchange some meaningful, erm, glances...

Vanessa says: Hey Johnny, you could join me for a song or two. No hiding anymore, your secret is out so why not? Wouldn't that be a treat for some lucky concert goers?

Did I mention how amazing my gospel workshop was this weekend? We rehearsed again tonight and I am getting notes back that I haven't had for years!! Amen to that.

Great pix all the past 2 days...but especially those sittees of Johnny and his steel guitar, wowwowwowwowow cc. Somehow your treatments of JD photos bring out even more of his presence/essence/wonderfulness. How do you do that??? It's a gift, gives me a lift, if you get my drift...

I finally got a tenant for the condo and it's a single mom who really needed a decent place and is getting help from the Housing Authority, so both my wallet and my bleeding heart are happy. No more ulcers about paying the mortgage, fees and taxes, whoohoooo! Again thanks and ever thanks to those who nudged the tenant-finding-fairies for me, it all pulled together just in the Nick of Time. Which reminds me can someone post a pic from that movie? I have NONE and my bucket needs at least one...
