Well, it seems our Babs had an EARLy call to the boudoir
And so, since I rarely have those kinds of calls and am such a
night owlish type, I have offered to shuffle thru and plug in
that old Friday pot of Java. *Where in the world did she put
that coffee scoop?* (Speaking of which, at the store yesterday,
my brand was now almost $12 for 34.5 oz !)
BUT!
I cannot give up my caffeine…just like I cannot give up my JDa!

Tis where I stop by and see wuzzup or… who’s up and sometimes
perchance to give a lift to someone who’s down. . .
I’ve gotta say I get more than I give here. You…no, WE, are such a
special group. I find it amazing to discover that Hunnies who live all
over this magnificent Earth have the same day to day routines, troubles
and joys in their lives. It is, somehow, a comfort to know that.

Idzy has been busy, you know, with California conflagrations and if
she cannot get to the Belles til late, s’OK. The Hut lights will be on.

Let’s ease on into the weekend with our familiar Free For All
and just have at it. Post your heart’s delights ~ afterall, bringing on
the Coffee is how we get to kvetch about life in general and ponder
in particular about that fella…you know who I mean.









The Coffee, my dears, is on and listen – you may want to blow ever
so lightly to cool it down.

for the record I took children on a runaway from home trip to Yosemite...
i couldnt spend another day in the stuccoville house with no trees. Smoke getting on nerves.. bored children... hiding from evac parents.
Worth every penny it took to see those kids faces light up when pulling into the Valley for their first time... El cap and Half Dome? AMAZINg. They hung out the windows like happy dawgs.
WE EVEN SAW A BEAR !!!
so yes i will be home tomorrow in time for Belles.. and i will share some trip pics !

Still sleepy from working last night, and I slept till 10! So here for the day, have a meeting at work to go to, but since we're down to one car at the moment and mom has to go to the VA's office, I doubt I'm going to make it. Don't know if I should be happy or sad about that.

Hey cc!!!! You're great for opening the hut!!! Babs was sleepy, we know, but I think it did have something to do with that so called pirate man running around here.

It IS dampish and grey here (the weather, that is, not the sheets)
and it has nothing to do with Jack
(dammit) though if it was, you would not be hearing any grumbling from me. Some moaning, maybe
but definitely no grumbles.


Off to find some java of the real and drinkable sort.


As for the laptop on the headboard...there's a thought. Um honey? Could you just move your head
to the left? I can't see the screen.
